Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production or processing begins. Once production has started, especially for customised items, cancellations may not be accepted.

Custom Products

Customised items are made according to customer specifications and are generally not eligible for cancellation once confirmed. Customers are expected to review and approve all details before production.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in cases where:

• The product delivered is significantly different from the confirmed order
• The product is damaged before delivery

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after production has started
• Errors in customer-provided information
• Minor variations that do not affect the overall use of the product

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after review.
